1. Graveyard

Description: Blue (vanilla) ice cream (similar to cookie monster ice cream). Swirls: Marshmallow Mix-ins: Eyeball Sprinkles Crushed Oreos Candy Corn

Why they think it should win: Blue represents night/dark time, (full moon night) Marshmallow represents the mummies. Eyeball sprinkles represent spooky vibe and staring eyes. Crushed Oreos represents the dirt/ground. Candy corn represents teeth/ headstones.

2. Spider’s Cream

Description: Strawberry, and blue moon around it like spots.. With straps of white chocolate fudge.

Why they think it should win: Why I think my flavor should win is because everyone loves spiderman and how cool he is and why he is such a hero and because of the new movie that came out I also think the flavor is creative and it would be very good and people would love it.

3. Candy Cornucopia

Description: Candy Corn (notes of honey, vanilla, and marshmallow-cream). Mixed-in you will find delicious milk chocolate morsels and pops of colorful candy corn (original and pumpkin shaped). Served topped with a dollop of whipped cream and one bright candy corn to crown the scoop.

Why they think it should win: Candy Cornucopia leads you to imagine the warmth of thanksgiving through its name, then inspires you to consider Halloween with its brightly colored candy pieces, finally it wraps you in the feeling of fall with its cozy flavors and chilly temperature. As its name suggests this flavor contains an abundance of candy corn. Candy corn is the most iconic symbol of Halloween, while its taste is debated by some, it will attract the interest of many who are curious how such a specific treat can be transformed into ice cream.

4. The Thriller

Description: Mint ice cream. Oreo cookie mix in

Why they think it should win: Our flavor is full of fun and haunted music. We love the green zombie color that makes "Thriller" such a fun flavor, and we are excited for all of the Michael Jackson fun!

5. Biscoff Butter Candy Crunch

Description: Homemade Vanilla. Biscoff Butter, crushed biscoff, and crushed malted milk balls

Why they think it should win: Our classroom is made up of students with disabilities and every Friday we cook/bake. For this contest, we made homemade vanilla ice cream and gave the students several options to create their own flavor. They love participating and helping in the kitchen. It is so important for them to have these experiences to lead them to independent success. They all worked so hard to help prepare all of the ingredients and had so much fun making their own flavors.

6. Pumpkin Pie

Description: Pumpkin flavored ice cream. Pumpkin spice mixed into the ice cream, nuts as a topping

Why they think it should win: This flavor screams fall! We love having a cozy treat in our class, and the Pumpkin Pie flavor is the perfect way to get into the fall mood.

7. Cookies and SCREAM

Description: Sweet Cream/ Vanilla Bean. Oreos — crushed and chunky pieces Brownie chunks — soft, fudgy texture Blood-Red Fudge Swirl - simple raspberry/chocolate fudge ribbon and swirl it through at the very end. When you scoop it, you'll get those dramatic red “blood” ribbons through the white ice cream. Optional- on top, a couple candy eyeballs and orange and black sprinkles

Why they think it should win: Our homeroom should win because Cookies & Scream is more than a clever name—it’s a creation made by a team! We’re fun, energetic sixth graders who are just getting to know one another, and we worked together, shared ideas, and turned them into one deliciously spooky vision. We may be new to each other, but we already know how to have fun, be creative, and Scream for teamwork!

8. Spider’s Venom

Description: Chocolate. Caramel swirl Crushed peanut butter cups Marshmallow

Why they think it should win: We were inspired by spiders and their pretty webs, but we wanted a spooky, Halloween name. The marshmallow represents a spiders Webb. Chocolate is for the color of the spider. Crushed peanut butter is for the bugs they catch in their webs. The caramel is their venom. We think the flavors are really good together!

9. Trick-or-Treat Candy Crunch

Description: Mint Chocolate Chip. Kit Kats, M&M’s, Reece’s Pieces, Candy Corn

Why they think it should win: We think Trick-Or-Treat Candy Crunch should win because it’s like getting a whole trick-or-treat bag in one scoop of ice cream! We picked some of our favorite Halloween candies and mixed them into mint chocolate chip ice cream! Every bite has something different, just like when you reach into your candy bag and don’t know what you’re going to get. It’s chocolatey, crunchy, colorful, and super fun! Most of all, this idea was brainstormed by a very excited group of first graders who worked together, shared their ideas, and had so much fun creating a flavor they would all love to eat!

10. Ghost Graveyard

Description: Chocolate ice cream. Mix-ins: brownie pieces, marshmallows and crushed Oreo's with a marshmallow fluff and fudge swirl.

Why they think it should win: Ghost Graveyard is the perfect mix of spooky and sweet. The chocolate brownie ice cream, Oreos, marshmallow fluff, and fudge swirl make every bite creepy, crunchy, and delicious!

11. Vampire's Bite

Description: Dark Chocolate. cherry syrup, marshmallow eyes, tiny bits of Kit Kats.

Why they think it should win: The students worked hard coming up with a flavor that was unique, creative & delicious. Vampire's Bite will definitely want you biting for more. It has a spooky name but with a yummy balance of sweetness. Come on! You know you want a BITE of Vampire's Bite!

12. Pumpkin Cheesecake

Description: pumpkin cream cheese. crumbled graham crackers and white chocolate chips

Why they think it should win: This ice cream mixes everyone's favorite cheesecake flavor with the hint of the best flavors of fall, pumpkin and white chocolate. Our student's created this ice cream along with a Graveyard Dirt ice cream and after tasting, although Graveyard Dirt was also rich and delicious, the student's voted and the pumpkin cheesecake won.

13. S'more Cowbell!

Description: Chocolate. Marshmallow cream swirl, graham cracker chunks and lots of mini chocolate "cowbell" chips. Served with a pretzel-stick “drumstick.”

Why they think it should win: S’more Cowbell combines a classic fall favorite with a fun percussion twist! Inspired by s’mores around a fall campfire, our chocolate ice cream is packed with a marshmallow cream swirl, graham cracker chunks, and mini chocolate “cowbells.” A pretzel “drumstick” completes the percussion theme. It’s chocolatey, gooey, crunchy, and the perfect flavor for fall. You Gotta Have S’more Cowbell!

14. Halloween Memories

Description: Dark Chocolate Ice Cream with pumpkin and fudge.. Marshmallows and cookie dough and gummy worms to top. Orange, black and white sprinkles.

Why they think it should win: This flavor is called “Halloween Memories” It should be picked because it represents the essence of Halloween. The dark chocolate ice cream is for the darker aspects of Halloween, like curling up on the couch to watch a horror movie. Pumpkin represents the warmer aspects, like the fall season and frolicking in the leaves. The cookies represent warm memories with people you love. Halloween is All Hallow’s Eve, after all. The marshmallows and gummy worms bring us a taste of the childhood joy of trick-or-treating. The sprinkles are there to remind us that above all, Halloween is a night of fright, and of fun, of going out, and of relaxing inside. Of spending time with people you love, and of celebrating nature.

15. Pumpkin Patch Cookie Crunch

Description: Vanilla. 10 - 15 crushed up Oreos, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (per two cups of ice cream)

Why they think it should win: This flavor brings together a classic ice cream favorite (cookies and cream) and the pumpkin pandemonium that grips us every fall. It is the perfect combination as we move out of the hot summer typical ice cream months and into a time when people are looking for warm comforting fall inspired flavors in their life. We have lots of pictures of our students (5 with a variety of special needs) actually making this flavor in class and testing out different combinations of the ingredients to fine tune our flavor. We even made our own ice cream in a bag first for a science lesson! Our flavor inspiration was "Every Pumpkin Has a Place", a belief that everyone belongs. Just like every pumpkin has a place in the patch, every student has a place in our classroom. The flavor highlights pumpkins, which come in all sizes, shapes, colors just like our students. Just like pumpkins we all grow and change at different paces developing unique and special features. Each student brings their own unique strengths, talents and personality and its the combination of them all that makes our classroom community special.

16. Scarlet Blood Moon

Description: Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Vanilla chocolate chip Cookie dough ice cream with cherry red syrup, caramel drizzle and peanut butter drizzle with peanut butter M&Ms with spooky gummy candies on top.

Why they think it should win: We should win because Halloween is coming soon and this ice cream has spooky story with it! This ice cream was made in 1998 on Halloween night a person was trying to make a ice cream flavor for his daughter, his daughter was very sick and she couldn't get out of bed the man was a scientist and he was trying to make a medicine that could help her it tasted like ice cream because she love ice cream and she doesn't take medicine unless there is ice cream however the man accidently added an ingredient that was not part of the recipe he didn't think much of it at night the man woke up and saw that his daughter had became better she felt energized suddenly he saw something it was the ice cream it was different and he felt a strange energy from it then he tasted it it was extremely good. He then saw the sky turn red and the moon was a scarlet color everyone panicked thinking the world was ending but then the ice cream the man made appeared everywhere and everyone loved it the man felt happy he never had seen people love his work he felt happy the first time in 23 years he smiled from that day on he lived a happy life with his daughter and family. Happy Halloween!! This short story was written by students in our class to prepare for Halloween season!

17. Chocolate Pumpkins and Cream

Description: Chocolate. Toasted marshmallow swirl, and crushed Pumpkin Spice Oreos

Why they think it should win: This ice cream takes you to the fire pit on a cool fall night. The chocolate flavor that everyone loves is enhanced by that straight from the flame toasted marshmallow swirl. Add in those crushed Pumpkin Spice Oreos and you feel all those fall holidays. This is the perfect fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving treat!

18. Watermelon Witch Potion

Description: vanilla. Watermelon swirl, eyeball candies, mini sour worms, green sprinkles

Why they think it should win: We think our flavor should win because it is perfect for the end of summer and beginning of fall by combining watermelon with witches. Also, it offers a variety of flavors from sweet to sour to capture all taste buds. One might even say it is a healthy option with the inclusion of watermelon.

19. Monster Mash

Why they think it should win: We think our ice cream flavor should win the Scoopable contest because it has a lot of yummy stuff in it. It has many different flavors and it would be really tasty. We think this would be great because it reminds us of Halloween candy!

20. Spooky ScoopAble Trick or Treat "Iscream!"

Description: Cherry Chocolate Chip. Swirl in Oreo Cookie Ice cream. Mix in Marshmallow and graham cracker crumbles, top with orange pumpkin candy and candy corn.

Why they think it should win: This ice cream has all the Halloween flavors in it with "Tricks and Treats!" You will say, "I scream for S'more!"

Description: Vanilla. Cinnamon graham cracker pieces, mini marshmallows, chocolate chunks, marshmallow fluff dollop on top, black and orange sprinkles

Why they think it should win: Cozy Campfire will be a great ice cream flavor because it suits the vibe of fall. It makes us think of trick or treating, jumping in the colorful leaves, walking in nature, and spending time with our loved ones. It will be delicious!
