Aaron is the life of the party. He is an entertainer at heart and provides the best customer service.

Aaron enjoys music and has gone viral producing his own music as Lil’ Blondie on social media. He is involved with several programs at GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati and the Special Olympics.

Aaron’s favorite ice cream flavor is usually a rotating sorbet flavor.

SCOOPER

Augie loves to have a good time. He is always looking for a way to make the day and job more fun. He is also a hard worker.

Augie has worked in several restaurants and retail businesses in the Loveland area through the work study program at Loveland High School. He is the inspiration for the non-profit, Augie’s Adventures.

Augie’s favorite ice cream is chocolate with peanut butter and mint chocolate chip.

SCOOPER

Deklan is enthusiastic about making your ice cream experience the best! He joined the team after volunteering without hesitation and jumped right in.

Deklan is involved in Special Olympics and has a growing social media following. He reviews places (including ScoopAble) with a disability perspective.

His favorite flavor is usually a limited-time option.

SENIOR SCOOPER

Elizabeth leads with confidence. She doesn’t hold back and you may never know if you’re going to get to see the sweet or the spicy side of her. Either way, she loves making milkshakes and sundaes.

Elizabeth enjoys country music, the Avengers, and playing baseball. She is involved with programs at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati and GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati.

Elizabeth’s favorite ice cream is cookies & cream.

Emmy is friendly and sweet. She enjoys getting to know her coworkers and taking care of customers.

Emmy enjoys reading when she isn’t working. Her future goals include opening a bookstore.

Emmy’s favorite ice cream flavor is coffee chocolate chip.

TEAM LEAD

Jack is a mentor and friend to the Scoopers. He is a college student in Georgia and is “home” for the summer. He is earning a degree with the goal to be a team manager. Jack has a little brother, Gabe, who has Down syndrome.

HIs favorite flavor is cookies & cream.

SCOOPER

Jacob is the official taste tester, unofficially. He enjoys trying to narrow down his favorite flavors, but he usually can’t pick just one.

Jacob can be shy and quiet but is a very hard worker. He enjoys sports. He has worked at Camp Allen, helps clean the church, and volunteers at GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati. He enjoys working with other people.

Jacob’s favorite ice cream is always changing.

TEAM LEAD

Kacie is a mom of two adorable and rambunctious boys. One of which has various medical challenges. Kacie ensures the employees are following the “have fun” rule. She can communicate with our employees and customers using ASL.

SENIOR SCOOPER

Kyle is a mentor and brother of two siblings with disabilities. He enjoys work and has a great work ethic.

Kyle runs Cross Country and is a student at Great Oaks in the mechanics program.

Kyle’s favorite ice cream flavor is Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

TEAM LEAD

Simon is a natural team leader. He was recently promoted and has taken initiative to learn harder tasks. He is very respected by the team.

Simon has great attention to detail and enjoys playing video games. Simon is a student at the Heidt Center of Excellence where he is a T4 intern with some leadership responsibilities.

Simon’s favorite ice cream is banana.

Tiffany went from a loyal customer to a team lead. She is the mom of a teen with Autism and enjoys working with our diverse team.
